We are experienced, certified, and educated personal trainers. In our one-on-one personal training sessions we will include body fat analysis, physical testing, and stretching.
You NEED a foundation before you can truly progress. Nutrition, free-weights, and cardio are three areas covered. One without the other does not work! Basically one will leave here with the blue print to their fitness needs.
